All products available in this catalog are crafted by our crafts man or in the time of our forefathers and his workers.

Each of our items is carefully hand made by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected.

PAYMENT - All merchandise must be paid in full before we can ship. We accept personal checks, certified checks demand drafts or bank transfer. For international clients we accept payment by Credit/Debit card (VISA, Master Card, Amex or Discover) or by PayPal. We also except payment by Lloyds TSB account transfer in UK or Telegraph transfer via Swift code. We require 100% payment up front before dispatch of any consignment/container, in addition to all shipping and handling costs. For customised design, 50% payment upon placing your order and 50% payment upon final delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES - In general, statues are made to order and not inventoried. Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order. In case where ordered item is immediately available we will normally ship to next days. Some items require longer production time and take special care to ship. You will be informed of such situations when they arise. However, please note that production times vary according to the volume of an order. Tanu’s Crafting estimate production time for client orders on a case by case basis.

CUSTOM STATUES - Tanu’s Crafting would be happy to do a custom piece for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to process custom jobs. You can put your order by sending statue picture and our hand-carving artist will carve that statue in Kaima wood, Sandal wood or soft stone. We carve statues from 3 inches to 48 inches. Our skilled Craftsmanship and persistent pursuit of perfection has brought forth an array of products that would instantly captivate you.

DAMAGE - Although we make certain our merchandise is sent in good condition and with adequate packing, breakage may occur. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Tanu’s Crafting within 24 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Please hold the original packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored. In the case where merchandise must be returned to us for inspections you will be charged for the replacement until the damaged product has been returned and inspected. It is your responsibility to get the damaged goods back to us. Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage does not happen in the first place.

RETURN - If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, call us within 5 days to arrange for refund or exchange. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully in the original packing material and prepay and insure the shipping (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs). A 4% service charge is applied to returns. Customized merchandise in non-refundable.

International customer must pay for all shipping charges. Return delivery fees must be pre-paid and any additional delivery fees incurred at time of original delivery are non-refundable.
